Carnegie Mellon is marking the 10-year anniversary of their Office of the Vice Provost for Faculty, and NCFDD has been central to their strategy from the beginning. CMU has invested in over 120 faculty members through NCFDD’s Faculty Success Program. All but five of those alumni remain at the institution, a retention outcome CMU highlights in its own reporting. Shelley will share what a decade of intentional faculty development investment looks like and what it has meant for their faculty and their institution.
